The Origin
I've been broke. I've been stuck. I've been the person Googling “how to start a business” at midnight on a Wednesday, overwhelmed by a thousand contradicting answers. I know that feeling — motivated, capable, but drowning in information and paralyzed by where to start.
Over the past 20+ years, I built businesses the hard way. Some worked. Some failed spectacularly. Every failure taught me something a course never could — that execution is everything, and that the loneliest moment in entrepreneurship is the gap between knowing and doing.
I watched talented people — smarter than me in many ways — burn out not because they lacked ideas, but because they were trying to figure it all out alone. That bothered me more than my own setbacks. It still does.
The Turning Point
When I Realized AI Wasn't a Trend —
It Was a Shift.
I was running a business that had a serious operations problem. We were scaling, but the manual work was crushing us — customer follow-ups, reporting, lead qualification. All of it was eating hours we didn't have.
I built an AI system to handle it. In three weeks, what was consuming 20+ hours per week was running automatically. Revenue stayed the same. Overhead dropped. I had my time back.
That wasn't a productivity hack. That was a structural shift. And I realized: this isn't just for big companies with engineering teams. Any entrepreneur who knows how to build the right system can do this. But most won't — because they don't have someone to show them.
Why I Do This
“I got tired of watching talented entrepreneurs burn out doing things manually that a well-built AI system could handle in seconds.”
I don't coach because I need the income. I coach because I've seen the difference it makes when someone is building with real guidance instead of fragmented YouTube advice and dead course communities.
I take on a small number of clients at a time because the work is personal. I'm not selling a framework. I'm sitting next to you, looking at your specific business, and helping you build the thing that actually moves it forward.
What I Believe
A Few Things I Won't
Compromise On.
AI is a tool, not a personality. It should make YOUR business better — not turn you into a prompt engineer.
You should own everything we build together. No monthly fees to me. No platform lock-in. It's yours.
Coaching isn't motivation — it's architecture. I'm not here to pump you up. I'm here to build with you.
The best business is one that runs without you chained to it.
